sayur asam, lalapan, and sambal terasi, thats all characterizes of Sunda

Sayur asem
Ingredients: 
2 liters water 
100 gr tetelan, diced
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, keprek
 Melinjo melinjo Leaves taste to taste
 5 pieces of string beans, chopped

Seasonings :

2 cloves garlic

 Method:
